WEIRD OR WHAT?

This morning, whilst swearing and shouting at Breakfast TV, I heard a noise outside our bedroom door.

“What was that?”

“What was what?”

“That noise”

“What noise?”

“If I knew what noise, I would know what noise wouldn’t I? Have you got a university degree asking silly questions or something?. Well it’s obvious that you aren’t going to do anything about it so I’d better look for myself!”

“OK, but put some clothes on in case you’re attacked”

So, whistling a merry tune I bravely marched to the door. Outside on the landing was a bird trying to fly out of the window. Mystery solved! But wait a minute, how had a bird got onto the landing in the first place? The landing and stairs come straight from the downstairs living room where we had spent all yesterday afternoon and evening. All the windows and doors were closed and we don’t have a chimney. So this bird had spent all that time in our immediate vicinity without making any movement or sound until this morning? I think not! Woooowh!

Come on you two, Crystal is the one who knows all when it comes to strange happenings and the para-normal! Just how did that bird get there? M :)

I am left wondering about how the bird got in. No more cows?

I can assure you Mother that the only para-normal thing that morning was the sight of me and Old Grumpy trying to shoo the bird out of the window while he pooed all over our pictures.

Yes, Maggie, I am still left wondering how that happened. God only knows (literarlly). And the cows are, unfortunately, finished.

Now then. From a paranormal point of view, I would most definitely suggest you have someone trying to contact you. Many stranger things have happened, it's not uncommon for our spirit friends to bring an object into the house in order to attract ones attention. Don't get too excited but someone passed might just want a word...! You should know in a religious sense birds can depict a messenger; they portray a divine spirit (in religious terms) known as a "deity". And of course once we are passed, our soul is freed to a higher plane where new "life" begins.

Then again .. well actually I don't really know any other explanation why the bird decided on your house. Perhaps you should check for a nest. Check for any more strange goings on too. This is quite exciting really. Okay, it excites me anyway, but I don't get out much.

You might start finding objects like lost items, coins, things being moved about.

Hope it wasn't just a window left open, that would be so disappointing.

Keep us posted!
Crystal xx

Yeh Crystal, all very exotic, but I'm sure the explanation is much more mundane.
