MCMILLAN CANCER SUPPORT FUND RAISING

We had a McMillan Cancer Support charity coffee morning fund raising yesterday. The main event was Ed having his locks shawn. He claims that he hasn't had his hair short since he was 11, so it was a very, very brave thing to do. Well done Ed, you are a true sport.

Many people baked cakes for a competition which was won by, stangely enough, Ed. No, he wasn't the only one to take part, but he does bake a mean New York Cheesecake.

The event raised a total of £322.15, so well done you people, especially Ed who agree to undergo the ritual public humiliation and Donna who organised it.

Well done, Ed. Every bit helps & I think it suits him short don't you think.
I always try & support the Macmillan nurses in this region if I can. They do a wonderful job and well worth supporting.

A great cause - and a wonderful way to do it too.

Catching up girl - love the wedding pics and even checked out your abode for the evening. There is nothing like that here of course so I think it was posh.

Did Samson keep his moustache too?

Well done - they deserve all the help they get. I'm planning on doing a coffee morning for MacMillan as soon once we are settled into our new home! Don't think I'll do as well as that though! A x

I think no-one does pomp better than the English upper classes aims. But OG is Scottish, that's why he thought it was old tat! I put it down to jealousy myself!

I mentioned your comment to Ed DogLover and he said the moustache will never go.
